TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) upon your access http://o-holistic.tours website and use of the products and services (“services”) operated by O-Holistic Tours Pte. Ltd. (“us”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users and customers who access or use our website and services.  If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. In the terms and condition below, O-Holistic Tours Pte. Ltd. shall be referred to as “us”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”.  And the Customer who uses and intends to use the Company’s products and services shall be referred to as “you”, “your” or “the customer”. The Company’s products and services shall be referred to as “services”.

1. Booking, Deposit and Final Payment

A tour deposit of SGD500 or 50% of tour fare per pax (whichever higher) is required upon reservation. This non refundable deposit does not guarantee a confirmed tour until full payment is made. You are required to make the full payment within the stipulated date or no later than 30 days prior to departure date (whichever earlier). If you fail to make the full payment within the stipulated date, you are deemed to have agreed to treat your booking as cancelled and also permit us to forfeit your deposit as the cancellation fee without any recourse against us by you.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your tour prior to your departure date. You must initiate the cancellation request and make known to us in writing. The cancellation request is subjected to our “Cancellation and Refund Policy” mentioned herein.  In the event that the service providers (include but not limited to tour operators, airlines, hotel, transfers) stipulate a more stringent cancellation policy, the Company reserves the right to apply a more stringent cancellation policy which overwrites the policy below.

During the refund process, the Company reserves the right to deduct the bank wire fee charging to us by our service provider from the above-mentioned refundable amount.

You may request to alter your booking prior to the departure date.  You must submit your change request in writing.  The Company will endeavour to accommodate your request however it may not always be possible to make changes to the booking particularly if it is close to the departure date.   You understand and agree that the Company may not be able to make certain changes to the booking if the Company receives the your request less than thirty (30) days from the tour departure date.  If the Company is not able to accommodate your request and you wish to cancel the trip, you agree to our cancellation and refund policy.

The Company reserves the right to impose an administrative fee ranging from S$50 to S$150 per booking depending on the nature and extent of change required.  The administration fee payable to the company by you excludes any additional fees payable to Service Provider(s) arising from changes to the trip. Upon confirmation of the changes to the trip, you shall pay for all the necessary fees arising from or in connection with such changes.

3. Changes to the Tour Package (Initiate by Customer)

You may request to alter your booking prior to the departure date. You must submit your change request in writing. The Company will endeavour to accommodate your request however it may not always be possible to make changes to the booking particularly if it is close to the departure date. You understand and agree that the Company may not be able to make certain changes to the booking if the Company receives the your request less than thirty (30) days from the tour departure date. If the Company is not able to accommodate your request and you wish to cancel the trip, you agree to our cancellation and refund policy.

4. Changes to the Tour Package (Initiate by the Company

The tour arrangements may subject to major change or cancellation by the Company’s service providers due to the reasons other than acts of terrorism, hijacking, civil unrest, natural calamities, labor strikes, thefts or any other factors beyond our control.

As an intermediary of the Service Providers, the Company may, but shall not be obliged to recommend an alternative to the applicable tour or part thereof, to either the same or another destination. There may be additional charges apply for such alternative Tour. You will be informed of all such charges before having to make any selection and effect the top-up payment for the changes. If no alternatives are offered or should you decide not to accept any alternative offered, the Company will fully refund all payments received from you for the applicable tour or part thereof, without interest, in full discharge of our obligations to you. If an alternative is offered and accepted by you that is of a lesser value than the original tour or part thereof that cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the difference in value, without interest, in full discharge of our obligations to you.

5. Passport and Visa

It is your sole responsibility to make sure that you have the travel documents – valid passport, visas, work permits, vaccinations, health certificate and etc. The Company accepts no responsibilities for deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities resulting from improper or invalid travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property.

6. Travel Insurance

The Company strongly recommended you to purchase travel insurance upon the booking of any travel arrangement for the coverage of unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, personal accident, injury, illness, etc.  Under no circumstances is the Company liable for any loss or damage in relation to trip cancellation, loss of personal baggage, accidents, injuries or illnesses.

7. Responsibility and Liabilities

The Company is not a principal but act only as an agent for the service providers. The Company is not liable for any claims for damages or compensation of any kind against non-fulfilment or unsatisfactory fulfilment of products and/or services from such Service Provider(s) that the company purchased and/or engaged on your behalf. The Company is not liable in any way for any acts and/or omissions on the part of the Service Provider(s) and their agents or representatives.
The Company accepts no obligation for injury, illness, damage, accident, loss, delay, death or irregularities that may be caused to any person or properties. You understand and accept all inherent risks of overseas travel, trekking and touring.
The Company and its officers shall be discharged from all liabilities arising from or in association with factors beyond our control include but not limit to acts of terrorism, hijacking, civil unrest, natural calamities, labor strikes, thefts.
The Company reserves the right to alter or modify itineraries in the interests of our customers or due to any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as acts of god, weather or other local conditions.
In the event of any change or cancellation of any activities due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, transport strike, political unrest and war), you will need to bear any costs or expenses incurred arising from or in connection with the processing of the tour.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions from time to time without notifying any of our customers. The Company will update the latest copy of our terms and condition on our website. It is the customer’s responsible to check the latest terms and conditions on the website prior to use and/or accepting the Company’s services. 

8. Disabilities and Medical Conditions

In some cases, our tour arrangements may not be suitable for customer who has disabilities or medical conditions. In addition, some airlines required the request in advance in order to arrange for assistance and/or medical clearance for certain medical conditions. If the customer has any disability that require special arrangements to ensure smooth and safe travel, please advise the Company prior to the booking so that the Company can confirm the suitability of customer’s chosen tour.

Should the customer choose to book any tour without advising the Company on his/her special arrangements required, the the Company reserves the right to apply the cancellation and refund policy mentioned herein.

9. Personal Data Collection

The Company will collect your personal data including but no limited to your Full Name, Passport Number, National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), personal mobile telephone number, email address, your photograph in Passport or NRIC, dietary requirement and/or medical condition to facilitate the booking.  For more details, please refer to our PDPA Policy.  Your usage of our services and products is deemed as your consent for us to collect, use and store for legitimate and business purposes.
